Maddie is an excited little girl on Christmas Eve night whose Mum and Dad tell her she needs to sleep so Santa will come to see her this night.
Her Dad tells her to have an adventure in her dreams. She wants to take Murphy with her. He says that’s alright.
She closes her eyes and shuts them tight and is quickly off on an adventure that night!
This story is told in prose for the most part but when the elves speak they do so in rhyme.
This is a plus for me, every time!

A great Christmas Eve story that children will love, with Maddie the heroine and Murphy her dog
Have an adventure saving a special elf who is lost – but not in the fog!
A story with lovely pictures young children will love too
That make you wish this story is true
So go and get a copy of this great Christmas time book
The ending is great and mysterious so go take a look!
