Somewhere to review books I'm reading without giving away any spoilers!

Sea Air by Julie Meeringa

Title: Sea AirSea Air

Most of this story is set in Germany and concerns the choices being made by Nele, a single Mum of a seven year old daughter, and the the men in her life. Should she choose here ex, a reliable Doctor, or the stranger she meets and falls for on holiday who is twenty five years older than her?

She is filled with doubts, totally confused and indecisive. I actually felt like shaking her at times! She isn’t the only cheater! Very sorry to write that I really didn’t empathise with her or any of the other characters in the story which seemed to go round in circles, with a bunch of selfish, ego-centric folk involved and it could have done with being much shorter – I struggled to finish it! I won’t be looking for any other books by this author but it may appeal to others much more than it did to me.

Thanks to the author, publishers and NetGalley, too, for letting me read this book in exchange for this (very clearly) honest review.
