Blog Tour: The New York Novellas by Lindsey Gray

The New York Novellas

by Lindsey Gray
Publication Date: December 1, 2016
Genres: Adult, Contemporary, Holiday, Novella

Synopsis: Two broken hearts embarked on a holiday season in a way they never had before. Divorced. Mitch had been badly burned by love, but was willing to take a chance . . . with the right woman.

Hannah had lived everyday with the grief love had brought her and followed her everywhere.

Can two hearts find love and heal each other during the most difficult season of the year?

My Review: This is a truly delightful story of two people who have been hurt by the people they love and definitely aren’t on the look out for romance but manage to find it after unexpectedly meeting each other. Mitch Turner had his heart trampled on by the woman he’d thought was the love of his life. He’s absolutely gorgeous as well as being successful and Hannah Stone is the sweet woman who was totally undermined by her horrid ex-husband. Both deserve so much more and, perhaps together, they just might be able to find their own HEA.

This is a short, steamy novella, just right for warming you up on a cold winter’s night!

Synopsis: Daniel Digby is cursed by his good looks. After years of sexual harassment, he’s convinced wearing a wedding ring is the answer to fending off unwanted attention.
CiCi Newport is cursed by her family’s money. When men look her way, all they see are dollar signs. After two years, her “no dating” rule is still in place.
After a chance meeting, they’re entwined for the holidays. What starts as attraction might just be the holiday cure they’re looking for.
My Review: Who would think that good looks could be a curse? They certainly are for Daniel Digby, so much so that he’s started wearing a wedding ring to his new job in an effort to deter unwanted feminine attention. He wasn’t wearing it, however, when he first met CiCi Newport in a local coffee shop. As their coffee encounters develop, both have secrets that could ruin their chance for romance – especially when one of his more persistent female fans spots the two together and the revelations begin!
Will the truth drive them apart or bring them closer together? This is a lovely story of people actually looking beyond expectations to see the real person and so

Lindsey Gray typed her first complete novel at the age of twelve and dreamed of making her writing into a career. When her eighth grade class wrote a twenty year reunion story, casting her as a mystery novelist, she wasn’t sure she could make it a reality. After years of writing off and on, she decided to make a go of it. In December of 2010 she finally made her dream come true with her first published novel, Lies Inside. Five years and thousands of written words later, Lindsey is releasing her seventh published work, Nerdy Girl Nation.

When Lindsey takes a break from writing, she spends time with her husband of thirteen years and their two children, reading all kinds of romance novels, and hosting her own weekly radio show, Gray Matters, on TMV Cafe Internet Radio.
