My friend Carla @ Carla Loves To Read tagged me for this “Amazon’s 100 Books to Read in a Lifetime” Tag 🙂 This meme was created by Perfectly Tolerable. Go check out this blog.
Like Carla, I have been tagged various times, but I am not very good at completing them. I love to read and have been a reader all my life so I thought this one would be fun to do. Thanks for tagging me Carla.
If you haven’t already, go check out Carla’s blog! She is an amazing blogger and I’m amazed how often we select the same books on NetGalley and I’m frequently tempted to add other books she’s read and enjoyed to my tbr pile 😉
- Include the link to Amazon’s List

All right, now let’s take a look;
100 Books To Read In a Lifetime List
So, I have read 30 of the 100. My daughter gave me a poster “100 Books Scratch Off Bucket List” for Christmas and some of the books included on that are the same as on this – but not all. She and her fiancé also gave me copies of some of the books from it so I’m currently working on that list and certainly don’t expect to complete it this year!
I think this is a very interesting tag, so I if you have not been nominated but would like to do it please do. It will be fun to see what everyone had read and whether we agree with this list. I will nominate some of my favourite bloggers, but if you don’t want to do it that is fine.

I am so glad you completed this tag. It seems everyone I have seen are hovering between 25 and 35 of these books. Some i had never heard of so want to check them out. I will never read them all.

Thanks for tagging me, Carla. Like you, I’ve never heard of some of them and somehow doubt I’ll ever read them all, too, though there are many that I may get round to reading some of them at some stage!

Thank you for tagging me. It’s been a rough week (will post about it tomorrow), so I may not get to this one for a while. I appreciate it.

Sorry you’ve had a rough week, James. Hope it gets better for you and don’t worry about doing this – totally optional! I don’t usually do these things but thought the two I’ve been tagged in recently were interesting enough for me to do.

Thanks for understanding… I might need a break in a couple of days and give it a try.

Thanks for participating! 30 is really good 🙂
That poster sounds awesome! I have seen one for movies watched and states visited but not books read. I will have to go check that out!

Thanks for the great idea! I’ve also read 30 of the books on the poster, too – and my daughter and I have quite a lot of the others between us. You can see the poster they got me on amazon at https://www.amazon.com/Gift-Republic-Bucket-Poster-Books/dp/B075XM9CMP/
