Title: The Nanny’s Secret Baby
Author: Lee Tobin McClain
Genre: Romance
Harlequin Imprint: Love Inspired
Publication Date: July 16th, 2019
Blurb:
What she knows will change everything… at Redemption Ranch.
Arianna Shrader’s new nanny gig is more than a job—it’s an opportunity to bond with the infant boy she gave up to her sister for adoption. But widower Jack DeMoise doesn’t know she’s not just his child’s aunt. As Arianna grows closer to the ranch veterinarian and his son, can she find a way to reveal her secret…and become a permanent part of their family?
My Review:
This is a delightful story where love, shocking secrets and romance have key roles to play. Jack DeMoise is a widower with an adopted young son but knows nothing about the child’s parents. His wife really didn’t want her sister, Arianna, to have much contact with the child so he’s wary about involving her with the child’s care but he needs help, his son responds well to her and she’s willing. Little did he realise that his adoptive son is actually her child, his wife never told him. Should Arianna tell him the truth? At the moment she has the opportunity to really get to know her son and to look after him but the growing attraction between her and Jack is also there. Would revealing her secret actually force them apart or draw them closer?
This is a story where other people’s secrets and problems cause untold worry and difficulties. The dilemmas faced by both Jack and Arianna are well portrayed and potentially heartbreaking. Can love help them resolve the problems or will they be driven apart by revelations? I enjoyed reading this story and found the characters easy to relate to. It is a heartwarming story and great read.

Lee Tobin McClain read Gone With The Wind in the third grade and has been an incurable romantic ever since. The PW bestselling author of eight contemporary romances for Harlequin Love Inspired and twenty independently-published novels and novellas, she recently contracted with Harlequin HQN to write three mainstream romance novels, coming in 2019. When she’s not writing, she’s probably cheering on her daughter at a gymnastics meet, mediating battles between her goofy goldendoodle puppy and her rescue cat, or teaching aspiring writers in Seton Hill University’s MFA program. She is probably not cleaning her house.

Genre: Romance
Publication Date: August 6th, 2019
Harlequin Imprint: Desire
Blurb:
He always gets his way…until he meets his match.
“I need you back. Now.” —William Walker
I can’t believe I’m letting my ex-boss talk me into working for him again. He’s arrogant. Domineering. He gets under my skin in ways I don’t want to admit. When I quit, it felt great! But now, seeing the big, bad billionaire rendered helpless by a baby, I give in to his demand. And I’m worried it won’t be the last time… —India Crowley
My Review:
What a great office romance this proved to be! He has a reputation for being a mean, arrogant boss and she’s his PA – until he makes one comment too many and she quits. He then ends up looking after his baby niece and is desperate for India to help him again. She eventually agrees – but only after negotiating herself a great deal . . . or is it such a great deal when seeing him with the baby has her dreaming?
This is a fun read with an arrogant boss being brought down to earth dramatically by both having to deal with a baby and acknowledging his feelings for his PA. The attraction between the two is irresistible, especially as they work based in his home instead of his office. Looking after the baby is just the trigger for a fun romance where reality just has to be faced up to for them to have their HEA.

Genre: Romance
Publication Date: July 16th, 2019
Harlequin Imprint: Harlequin Presents

Blurb:
For sweet maid Poppy Harris, her one and only passionate experience was scorching and absolutely forbidden. She shouldn’t have succumbed to Spanish aristocrat Rico Montero’s tantalizing seduction, but his touch was all consuming…and had a nine-month consequence! Poppy believes they could never be anything more. Until Rico appears on her doorstep demanding his hidden daughter—and determined to make Poppy his wife!
Enjoy this intensely dramatic marriage of convenience!
My Review:
This proved to be a surprising story with great characters and some surprises along the way.
Poppy Harris was working as a maid for an aristocratic Spanish family in an attempt to try to save enough money to fly back home again. She’s attracted to her employers’ son, Rico Montero and, after a dramatic day for him, they succumbed to that attraction. She returned home and the unexpected consequence was their daughter, Poppy. She never expected him to discover about their daughter, nor did she expect him to follow her and demand she marry him so their child will have both their mother and father. How will their lives change? Will their marriage of convenience ever have the chance to be more? You’ll have to read this dramatic story to discover what happens for yourself.
This is a story filled with expectations, manipulations, secrets and surprises. It is an eclectic mix of drama, romance, attraction and betrayal and an engaging read. The past of Rico and the expectations for him were my main surprise in this story – but you need  I have no hesitation in highly recommending this to anyone who enjoys contemporary romances.

Award-winning and USA Today Bestselling author Dani Collins thrives on giving readers emotional, compelling, heart-soaring romance with some laughter and heat thrown in, just like real life.
Dani writes contemporary romance for Harlequin Presents and Tule’s Montana Born, but her backlist includes erotic romance, romantic comedy, and even an epic medieval fantasy. When she’s not writing–just kidding, she’s always writing. She lives in Canada with her high school sweetheart husband who occasionally coaxes her out of her attic office to visit their grown children.
