Somewhere to review books I'm reading without giving away any spoilers!

My #Review of Sedona Sanctuary by Lisa Kessler – superb addition to this fascinating paranormal romantic suspense series!

My Review:

This is the latest in this fantastic series of paranormal romances,
A fascinating series with shifters, psychics and amazing chances!
This story is the eighth book released so to date
And reading it kept me up quite late!
I really didn't want to put it down until I reached the end
To discover if they'd survive to be mates or just another friend.

Miller Sloan is a retired general and a werewolf shifter, too,
One who strives to keep paranormal folk secret in all he'll do.
So when someone threatens to reveal their existence to all
He's determined to stop them, never expecting to fall
But when he meets Rayne Lowry he discovers his mate
She's a retired FBI profiler and bringing them together is fate.

Both are seeking to identify a killer
In this enticing, enthralling thriller.
The killer has killed shifters and humans, too,
And dark witches are involved, will Rayne believe this is all true?
What a dilemma Miller will now face
As towards the killer they together race.

The story is a brilliant addition to this set
And I think this story is the best one yet!
With danger and secrets, edge of your seat action, so
I have no hesitation in highly recommending you give it a go.
I'm just hoping in the next book that fate
Will help Jett also discover his mate!

Thank you to Lisa’s Lair for my copy of this book which I have voluntarily read and honestly reviewed.

Synopsis:

Southwestern Paranormal Romance with Shifters, Psychics, and Secrets

Miller Sloan may not be an active duty general anymore, but he still has one final mission to complete. If he succeeds, the top secret government research on shifters will remain classified. Failure is not an option. He’s lost too much along the way to give up now. But without a pack, or a mate, or family at his side, his iron will is starting to falter.

Rayne Lowry has always been a free spirit at heart, but never more free than today. After accepting her early retirement package from the FBI, she’s now on an extended vacation to plan the next chapter of her life, and what better place for self-reflection than Sedona, Arizona?

Her plans did not include a chance encounter with a silver fox who is hiding something. Her years as an FBI profiler make his secrets irresistible, but it’s the deep well of regret in his eyes that lures her in. When she’s called to consult on one last case, Miller is a potential suspect, and she’s left wondering if she’s falling in love with the enemy, or have they both finally found sanctuary…
