Somewhere to review books I'm reading without giving away any spoilers!
Sometimes, the dream we think we don’t deserve is the one that’s trying to come true…
Wow - I'm not sure what to say about this brilliant book One you need to read, not just take a look. A moving story, read that instead of my review Is what I highly recommend to you! It is told from Esme Blythe's point of view And shares her view of the world with you. Moving into the flat about Percival's in Pebblestow Is how it all starts, from which things grow! With wonderful toys and delightful community, too, Esme is welcomed and so it seems are you. As she copes with life's challenges and discovers She's not on her own, she makes friends with others. However, there's always another side to a coin and so There are some who aren't so friendly, you know. With a potential romance and a wonderful young lass, She dreams of a future but will it come to pass? There's also a benefactor, Mr Percival, too, And secrets that will change what Esme will do. Along with family drama and romance This book deserves so much more than a chance! I'm particularly impressed with how the author shows How life for someone with autism sometimes goes How, although everyone is different, how overwhelming it can be Helping others appreciate the kind of things that they see. A gorgeous story, brilliantly portrayed One that for me definitely makes the top grade! For my complementary copy of this book I give a huge thank you. I thoroughly enjoyed reading it and this is my honest review.
New friends, formidable foes, and the thrill of a budding romance, conspire to make this the most bittersweet December ever. But when she finally learns the truth about the toy shop’s owner, her elusive benefactor, the mysterious Mr Percival, is it already too late for Esme to change her mind… and heal her heart?
