WOW!! This is one heck of a novel – absolutely superb roller coaster ride full of twists, turns, dead ends and psychological turmoil. It keeps you riveted to the very end – and even then there are more surprises!

Daniel and Laura are back packing around Europe, having a fantastic time together until they are thrown off a train in a forested area of Romania. Here they meet with unimaginable terror that will impact on the rest of their lives and lead them into even more danger for themselves and those close to them even though they initially agree never to talk about what they saw that night.

It really is a total nightmare, with complex characters and surprises throughout. As a reader you feel their angst, fears and, along with them, question their sanity, decisions, actions and reactions. I’m desperate not to give any spoilers away, just let me say this is a book that is a cut above the rest, superbly written, enthralling and a total nightmare scenario! In case you haven’t gathered, I have absolutely no hesitation in very highly recommending this to anyone who enjoys a spine chilling, psychological thriller written by a true master of this genre.
